2. Description of service

The site is a free, in-browser preview of an AI image-generation experience. The preview runs entirely in your browser and displays a curated sample image rather than generating a new image from your prompt. After the free preview, the site invites you to continue to the full application at moclaw.ai for live generation, editing, and upscaling. The site itself does not produce, store, or process images on your behalf beyond rendering pre-generated samples.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit prompts that depict child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Use the site to harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate any person.
• Attempt to generate content that incites violence or promotes terrorism, illegal weapons, or other illegal activity.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the site or its hosting infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically abuse the preview interface in a way that interferes with normal use.

We reserve the right to block access from any IP or user-agent that we reasonably believe is violating these rules.

4. Intellectual property

The brand "GPT Image 2", the site design, and the marketing copy on this site are owned by Moclaw. As advertised on this site, images generated through the GPT Image 2 product (when used through the full application at moclaw.ai) are royalty-free for personal and commercial use and are delivered without watermarks. You retain whatever rights are available to you under applicable law in the images you generate, subject to any restrictions or terms set forth in moclaw.ai's own Terms of Service. The pre-generated sample images shown in the in-browser preview on this site are provided for demonstration only and should not be downloaded, redistributed, or used in commercial materials.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the site will be free of errors, secure, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moclaw and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or related to the site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

When you click through to the full application at moclaw.ai, you leave this site. Your use of that destination is governed by Moclaw's separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Terms only cover your use of gptimagetwo.co.
